Wild Delicious Shrubs are made with raw organic apple cider vinegar which has been matured in French oak barrels for 12 months then carefully hand blended with a mix of raw fruit & botanicals.
Shrubs or drinking vinegars as they are also known are a high strength concentrate which have their origins in 17th century England when vinegar was used to preserve a glut of fruit.
Shrubs can be used as a base for cocktails, or added to soda for a refreshing and invigorating non-alcoholic drink. They can also be used in cooking and salad dressings.
Refreshing drink: Add 20ml of shrub syrup to 200ml of soda water with ice.
Salad dressing : 1 part shrub, 1 part apple cider vinegar, 2 parts extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.
