In my fermented drinks workshop we will cover the making  of water kefir, vegetable kvass, fruit kvass and shrubs. I will show you how to make a base water kefir and then how to make different cold brew teas and fresh fruit juice options to flavour your water kefir
We will also be making different fruit and vegetable kvass drinks which can be used as health tonics or refreshing dinks. Shrubs are the last drink we will learn how to make, which are so delicious and easy to make with endless fruit options. We will be tasting each drink as we go. At the end of the workshop we will have herbal teas, cold drinks and a snack platter to nibble on. You will also go home with your very own set of kefir grains.
Goodie Bag
With the cost of the workshop you will receive a free take home goodie bag containing a few jars of Wild Delicious Fermented pickles and Some bottles of Sparkling water kefir. The goodie bag is valued at $50.
My cookbooks, glass bottles, and jars to make fermented drinks, available to purchase on the day.
All recipes will be printed and  supplied on the day.
