Fermented vegetables, sauerkraut and Kimchi Workshop

In my fermented vegetable workshop we will be making 3 kinds of sauerkraut and talking about what foods to pair them with. We will also be making kimchi and I’ll show you how to use it in your kitchen.
Lastly we will make some simple but tasty fermented vegetables and I’ll show you what they go beautifully with. We will finish the workshop with some herbal tea, cold drinks and a tasting platter with some of the ferments available to taste.
Goodie bag
With the cost of the workshop you will receive a free take home goodie bag containing a few jars of Wild Delicious Fermented pickles and Some bottles of Sparkling water kefir. The goodie bag is valued at $50.
My cookbooks and fermenting equipment will be available to purchase on the day.
All recipes will be printed and  supplied on the day.
