In this workshop we will cover the making of labneh, paneer, ricotta, cultured butter, milk kefir, yoghurt making and cultured cashew cheese. I will also show/ give you some ideas on how to use various items we’ve made in the workshop. We will have a moment after the workshop to sip on herbal teas and nibble on a snack platter to sample all the things we’ve made in the workshop.
With the cost of the workshop you will receive a free take home goodie bag containing a few jars of Wild Delicious Fermented pickles and Some bottles of Sparkling water kefir. You will also receive a 1 square Meter of cheese cloth. The goodie bag is valued at $50.
My Cookbooks and cheese, butter and yoghurt making equipment will be available to purchase on the day. All recipes will be printed and supplied on the day.
